Living at this apartment complex has truly been a great experience. The property is always well-kept, and that’s thanks to the incredible maintenance team. They are quick, reliable, and genuinely care about keeping everything running smoothly for the residents. Anytime we’ve needed help, they’ve responded promptly and handled things with professionalism and kindness. I also want to highlight Janet and Dawn—two of the best property managers we’ve ever had. They are always friendly, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience here. This community is so peaceful, and the atmosphere is calm and beautiful. The Ken Gardens team is incredibly friendly as well! It’s truly a joy to call this place home.

I just want to say that apartment hunting can be extremely stressful! There are so many different options with different amenities, etc. when I first spoke to Dawn on the phone she was so kind and knowledgeable. When I scheduled my tour with her and met her in person she was very kind and answered all of my many questions. She went above and beyond to help me and my boyfriend through the process of finding the right spot for us. Also, David and Jose on the maintenance staff are so friendly and helpful!

Absolutely fabulous staff!

So far happy and haven't had any thing seemed to have to be fixed and from the call to it being fixed took less then 24 how they call before and after to check if there's any problems.

Staff in office is amazing.Diane,Janet,I'm bad with names but won't forget the ladies in me feel so welcome.grounds crew seem to care as it's there own home.I watched them pick things out of grass and Pedro it up a tissue blowing thing but meant lot to me.

The woman in lease office are amazing.went over everything and made me feel so welcomed.spoke with people who were currently living there and they spoke highly of them and the place.looking forward to calling this place home.thx

Nice area I definitely feel safe around here. Buildings are nice from the outside. Building maintenance is responded to super fast. Also laundry area is always kept a nice and they have a cleaning person everyday.

It’s a beautiful community and the service is great. They help me with everything I needed from day one. The people working in the office Dawn & Janet are great people. The apartment is beautiful it’s more than what we expected.

Friendly and Quiet. great apartment, great neighborhood, easy access to all commute. Great school district. Safe area to live in. Neighbors friendly and helpful, they look out for each other. Close to shopping center and New York City.

Ken Gardens is a great place to live. The community is quiet, comfortable and safe. Dawn and Janet are wonderful. They are so helpful and always take the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend living here.

Janet & Dawn are outstanding representatives of not only Ken Gardens but their management team JCM Living. They are the only resident managers I have had that actually care & don’t give you the run around.

Ken Gardens Apartments is a highly recommended complex to reside in. My sister lived there for a number of years and had just a wonderful experience. The apartments and grounds are well maintained and she was always extended personalized service from both Dawn / Janet.
