Other exotic animals may be regulated by the municipality; please call our office to ask about specific exotic pets. Special Needs pets are excluded from the pet policy.

I lived here previously, moved away, and when I needed a new apartment, I chose to come back. I would absolutely recommend Ken Gardens to my friends and family. For those who like a little more detail, I’ll share this: When you’re looking for an apartment, photos can show you the kitchen, the floors, the layout, and the amenities. What they can’t show you are the things that actually affect your quality of life once you live there. How are you treated by the office?
