The process here was seamless! We ended up going with one of their sister properties but Dawn and Janet were truly amazing. They cared about finding what was right for us. I’m so happy we ended up at a sister property which was just as seamless!

I recently requested to move from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom apartment at the end of my lease. Janet and Dawn made the entire process seamless! The were very pleasant and walked me through everything in a timely manner. They dropped everything that they were doing and were very attentive to my questions and needs. They also followed up to ensure that there were no hang ups or snags. Thank you Janet and Dawn!

Came in for a tour of the apartments this week. Met with Dawn and had a wonderful experience. Not only was she personable and friendly but she also knew the area and gave me a lot of great insight. It's nice when you have a lot of questions and she was more than happy to answer them and genuinely cared and took her time with us. The apartments are very nice; they are neat and very well maintained. Definitely worth it, can't wait to work with her again soon.

My experience with the Ken Gardens staff has been amazing any questions concerns or issues at all are quickly taken care of the office staff is extremely friendly and helpful they have made my recent move into my apartment an absolute stress free pleasure the maintenance staff is knowledgeable and very friendly hard working people I’m very happy to be living here

Living at this apartment complex has truly been a great experience. The property is always well-kept, and that’s thanks to the incredible maintenance team. They are quick, reliable, and genuinely care about keeping everything running smoothly for the residents. Anytime we’ve needed help, they’ve responded promptly and handled things with professionalism and kindness. I also want to highlight Janet and Dawn—two of the best property managers we’ve ever had. They are always friendly, approachable, and willing to go the extra mile.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience here. This community is so peaceful, and the atmosphere is calm and beautiful. The Ken Gardens team is incredibly friendly as well! It’s truly a joy to call this place home.

I just want to say that apartment hunting can be extremely stressful! There are so many different options with different amenities, etc. when I first spoke to Dawn on the phone she was so kind and knowledgeable. When I scheduled my tour with her and met her in person she was very kind and answered all of my many questions. She went above and beyond to help me and my boyfriend through the process of finding the right spot for us. Also, David and Jose on the maintenance staff are so friendly and helpful!

So far happy and haven't had any thing seemed to have to be fixed and from the call to it being fixed took less then 24 how they call before and after to check if there's any problems.

Staff in office is amazing.Diane,Janet,I'm bad with names but won't forget the ladies in me feel so welcome.grounds crew seem to care as it's there own home.I watched them pick things out of grass and Pedro it up a tissue blowing thing but meant lot to me.

The woman in lease office are amazing.went over everything and made me feel so welcomed.spoke with people who were currently living there and they spoke highly of them and the place.looking forward to calling this place home.thx
