Nice area I definitely feel safe around here. Buildings are nice from the outside. Building maintenance is responded to super fast. Also laundry area is always kept a nice and they have a cleaning person everyday.

Overall the apartment at 400 Matawan ave has been a pretty good experience this past year and a half. Maintenance is usually on point and fast to resolve your issue. I guess I really only have twp gripes here. I feel like it is slightly overpriced for what you're getting, you're paying almost luxury apartment prices with none of the luxury amenities in an outdated building. But I'm also fully aware it's expensive everywhere now. And my second problem is you have to walk through grass, alot of times wet grass, to walk to the dumpsters.
