We moved in 5 months ago and it's been great. No complaints. This community is quiet. The supermarket and shopping area is within reasonable walking distance, located at the Centerville Square. We are pleased with the notifications that we received in advance regarding snow removal and maintenance in the area. It's pet friendly.

Nothing but an amazing experience here. Moved in at the end of December, and during the move-in process, Beth was as able to accommodate me and make sure I was able to move in on my requested date. Beth is kind, understanding, and personable. I would not just live anywhere, and I am truly enjoying my time here. It is clean, VERY well maintained in the winter time with salt laid down and snow always plowed in a timely manner, all thanks to the great Mike. My microwave broke unexpectedly, and within the next day, Mike was able to replace it.

I haven’t lived here long yet but Beth and Mike have made this a very comfortable and enjoyable experience! I knew since the apartment tour that this apartment complex has personality. The staff has been all around better than the other apartment buildings I’ve rented from. Even the closet space is absolutely perfect!

Our experience with CHV has been great so far. The property mgr is sweet, very helpful, and quick to respond to inquires and service requests, and maintenance is always prompt, respectful, and a joy to chat with. But most of all, our neighbors are amazing. We moved here from out of state not knowing anyone, and we have made lifelong friends here in this little community. The kindness everyone showed us when we brought our baby home from the hospital was so heartwarming and overwhelming in the best possible way.
