I had a great experience when Jose ,Henry, and Luis came to replace my air conditioning unit and replace my window blinds. They were prompt, professional, efficient and neat. Great job guys!!!

Great place. Calm atmosphere, friendly neighbors and helpful staff. Just last night had a leak under the kitchen sink. The maintenance staff (Henry and Louis) fixed it the very next morning quickly and efficiently.

I’m very happy with the Services at Georgetown Apartments. Every time I’ve needed something with maintenance, Jose has been super reliable. He always shows up quickly, gets the job done and even checks in afterward to make sure everything’s still working fine. He understands the requests and lets you know that he will be on it. You can tell that he takes his job seriously, is responsible and cares for what he does. I definitely appreciate the effort and consistency! Thank you Jose!

The maintenance people came Jose and Henry and they They fix my screen they put blinds. They're very prompt and they did a really good job. I was really happy with them. People in Georgetown or maintenance. People are very prompt when you call them and they do good work. I give them a five star.
