I recently moved out of Franklin Manor after living there for 7 years. Jay does a fantastic job running the property. The landscaping is always immaculate, and the buildings are well maintained. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Snow removal is done well, too. The parking situation is not ideal (street parking or limited garages for a monthly fee); I parked on the street and while it was a nuisance, it was never a major issue. Location is right off the parkway and near some great restaurants like Six Points Pub and Bloomfield Steakhouse.

Got to visit the area and loved this apartment complex, my husband and I are moving soon and this definitely is a top contender! Super nice residents and staff, we look forward to a formal tour sometime soon!

I have lived here for several years now and cant say enough good things about " Franklin Manor " . The best decision I ever made. First and foremost Jay our Super is wonderful along with his staff. The building and outside property is kept in beautiful condition . They are constantly upgrading everything, I would recommend anyone to live here,

As a tenant here since 2018, I am pleased with the amount of commitment given to those who reside here. The building's maintenance is superb and the superintendent is an asset to the community.

Great place super clean well maintained

A great place to live. The complex staff and the management staff are fabulous, always kind, and beyond quick to respond. Recently, I made some suggestions on a survey they sent out. They acted on my suggestions rapidly and implemented them. Anyone who visits me always comments on how spotlessly clean and well maintained the buildings and grounds are.

I have lived at Franklin Manor apartments for several years now. I can honestly say that this is one of the best apartments I have ever rented. The grounds and buildings are impeccably kept. The owners are making constant improvements: new landscaping and hardscaping, upgraded laundry facilities, state of the art intercom and keyless entry. As apartments are vacated they are renovating the apartments to include open floor plans and dishwashers. The maintenance staff is very responsive to request and repairs. The buildings are quiet and the residents are friendly.

Super friendly staff always willing to help. Super clean, fresh apartments within walking distance of many good restaurants and little places to eat. In building washer and dryer’s cheaper than laundromats. Right in the middle of Bloomfield College.

I love this Neighborhood This area is wonderful. I’ve been here for 6 years and I love the neighborhood. There is a super market, a nice restaurant, a couple of laundry mats, hair salon, nail salon, bagel shops, pizzeria, pharmacy and park within walking distance.
