Rent is due by the 1st of the month, and tenants have until the 5th to pay. After the 5th, there is a 5% late fee.

We offer 12-month lease terms only. Upon renewal, tenants may go month to month ($200 fee).

We offer unassigned parking in our parking lot at one car per apartment with a parking permit tag.
