I've had great experiences with the entire team here. Brandy and the office staff are kind and helpful and quick to share maintenance requests. David and the the superintendent staff are responsive and even go the extra mile with offering other help around the place when needed! Top tier service!

High marks to Brandy and Carmen for helping me clear up an issue. They were both so very helpful and pleasant. Also, thanks to David who, as usual, responded with alacrity. I've been living at Hayes House for 37 years and can truly say that it has never been better. We are very lucky to have this management team.

Great place to live, with friendly and hardworking maintenance staff led by David. The management office staff are also courteous and helpful at all times. Highly recommend

David came on time and came to fix bathroom Like in 5min snd me what day of the week it was because I was to tired…. He’s my friend for a very long time ❤️

David the maintenance supervisor at Hayes House Apt's has always been a favorite because when I put in a maintenance request he is quick to respond and takes care of the problem in a timely manner. Friendly and pleasant person to deal with.

Moved here a little while ago and it’s very quiet and clean ! Carmen & Brandy are phenomenal help; answer every question and very attentive.

The Hayes House team is amazing! Everyone is always greeting you with a smiling face. Brandi and Carmen in the office are always willing to help solve any problems that arise, I’ve even witnessed them help tenants shovel their cars out of the snow! David is always on call even showing up on a Sunday when I was having a plumbing issue. Francisco and the maintenance men have been keep the building the cleanest I’ve seen it since I moved in, in 2020!! Thank you all for making Hayes House a comfortable living environment!

Hayes house is a great building to live in. It is a building with mainly families and extremely kind people. The property manager, Brandy is amazing. She is very kind and goes above and beyond to help with issues or concerns.

When it comes to David he get things done and his also a wonderful and helpful man

Brandy and Carmen in the leasing department are very polite, thoughtful, attentive & most importantly caring. They actually care about real issues. I can always count on them if I have any issues that need to be taken care of not only in my apartment but in the building as a whole. Carmen & Brandy are both assets to your organization.
