Huge shout out to Brandy and Carmen at the Hayes House management office! They are such an amazing team. Every time I go in, I feel genuinely listened to, and they constantly go out of their way to make sure my needs are met. It’s rare to find people who care this much—thank you both for everything you do!

I recently moved into the building and have had a great experience so far. Carmen and Brandy in the leasing office were both very helpful and professional throughout the process. They were quick to answer questions and made everything straightforward and easy. It’s clear they care about making the experience smooth for residents. Really appreciate their help and the great service.

It's well maintained business with very good facilities such as gym and laundry. Everything works and are kept clean and functional. The management and maintenance staff are professional and services are done on time. There is hardly anything to complain about.

I lived here about two years ago and had such a great experience that I chose to come back. Carmen and Brandy have been amazing in the leasing office - Both are incredibly helpful, responsive, and welcoming. They really made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s nice to return to a place where the staff truly cares about the residents and the environment feels like family.

Im living in this building since February and this is the best choice i made, if you can do it ask for Yvonne she will help you, she is an amazing manager, always cares about tenats.

I have been living at Hayes House since 2010. I like living here because I feel a sense of being with "FAMILY" and that is all because of a great Hayes House Team led by Yvonne Salazar, our building manager. Yvonne is courteous, professional, friendly, and always ready to listen and address all tenants' concerns. Yvonne participated during our annual christmas and barbeque parties and has shown a genuine attitude of caring for us. Yvonne is a great person and we are very lucky to have her. Ace house apartment building is a very clean building they keep it up nice in the outside the inside looks real need well maintained they have parking lot the lawn is well done there's beautiful flowers decoration I like this building because in the apartments they have balconies nice view is in the middle of the city of Elizabeth you're 5 minutes walk into towards the train station also very 5 minutes walking to Union county college 5 minutes walking towards Zamora is very well located also the transportation passes right in front of the building so that's another Plus keep it up fair prices…

I and my husband have lived here coming up on 5 years this August we love our newly up dated apt we have a beautiful view from our balcony you can see all the sky line & a great view on the 4th of July all the fire works! The office manager Yvonne has been very helpful when we had concerns she handled them quickly & professionally. The up grade of the laundry room is something we all are enjoying & the new gym was an added bonus for us. Also I'm very glad for the securty cameras inside & out side of the building it makes me feel safer when coming home at night.

I've lived here for 12 years and will only leave this place when I purchase a home. It's conveniently accessible to the train, airport, and highway. I first lived in a 1 bedroom and moved into a 2 bedroom after I had my son. They renovate the older apartments when tenants move out as a practical way to upgrade the facilities. The building is family-friendly with residents both young and old. My toddler has made friends with the older residents, and Yvonne, the property manager.

I've been a tenant since February. Words can not express how amazingly grateful I am to live in this, safe and well maintained building. The staff is extremely courteous. A very warm and friendly environment.
