Brandy has made this transition to moving out of state so easy for me. Granted, this is my first time moving on my own, and I was nothing but terrified. She reassured me that everything would go smoothly, and I actually felt welcomed moving to a different state in a whole different environment.

I drove by the property and called the number on the sign to inquire for my parents. Brandi was so kind, patient, and very informative answering all of my questions. That really stood out because other properties either don’t pick up the phone or are rude when they do. The move-in specials they offer are amazing and the property is maintained very well. Beautiful landscaping, right across from the park, pet friendly, and close to supermarkets and transportation. I will definitely be recommending them! Thanks again and keep up the good work!

Living here has been a good experience so far. I really appreciate how maintenance comes every Wednesday and how well they take care of the building. During snowstorms, they make sure the paths are cleared quickly, which is a huge plus. Although some repairs can sometimes take a little while, they do follow through and address issues. The super and the management team are great, especially Brandy, who is always very helpful. I also like that they seem to do thorough background checks on tenants, which makes the building feel safer and more secure. Overall, it’s been a positive place to live.

He’s an excellent communicator and has developed a good repotoire with many of the residents.
