Maintenance Requests My husband and I are very happy living at Lindcrest. We have been here less than a year, but I’m certain we will be here for a long while. The location is perfect for us, close to both our jobs. The reason for the 5 star rating is mainly due to their excellent maintenance department. Every inquiry has been answered with promptness and effectiveness. The staff is courteous and respectful and just get the issue resolved. Marta in the office is kind and attentive.
