Our spacious and well-maintained dog park is where your furry friends can run and play to their heart’s content. Our team understands that pets are an important part of your family and we are committed to providing a welcoming environment for them. So whether you’re taking your dog for a walk around the community or letting your cat stretch their legs on your apartment balcony, you and your furry friend will feel right at home at The Gardens at Wesmont Stations. Pet Policy Guidelines:
- 2 pets per apartment
- One time non-refundable pet fee: $350 per apartment
- Monthly Fee: $50/dog, $40/cat
- All pets must be registered at the office
- Aggressive breed restrictions
