This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. Staff is extremely helpful. And office staff is friendly.. Stephanie did a wonderful job bringing us in and maintaining a relationship with us with out office needs and request. Jonne the maintenance manager, is very friendly and helpful along with being reasonable with service demands and request. Very sweet lady. My daughter has built an outstanding relationships with the young little ladies at 6 years in our corridor.. where we just moved for extra rooms, she keeps in contact with them.

Mayra was excellent from the moment I walked in the leasing office. She was knowledgeable and enthusiastic while showing me around The Gardens community. When I viewed the apartment I was interested in, it was clean and ready to move into. I rented a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2nd floor apartment that was just recently renovated which they did an amazing job with! The community is quiet and peaceful. Everyone has been respectful since I've moved in. It's also very pet friendly and walkable with all the sidewalks.
