Most of my interactions with her were via email, where she was especially responsive — even on weekends — and clear in her communication. I felt taken seriously, and she never made me feel rushed or like I was a bother. The one thing future renters should be aware of is the administrative burden that comes with this property management company.

There is somebody who plays drums inside of their garage and it is very very loud and disturbing early in the evening. It literally sounds like there’s a loud live band. Can you please send an email out to have people quiet down! Very inconsiderate of that person ! I am in building 89 Mary st and it’s one the garages behind my building .

The maintenance team is also amazing, anytime I needed something fixed, they were quick to respond and got it done fast. It’s been a great place to live, and I’m really going to miss it. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pet friendly and well-kept community.
