Rent is due on the 1st of the month. Payments made after the 5th are subject to a late fee of 5% of the rent amount.

We offer 12 months lease terms with an option of going Month to Month after completing the first lease term. Additionally, we offer a 60 day, buy out, option for $500 after your first lease term.

We offer reserved parking for $70/month and garage parking for $110/month. There is no free parking offered at this time.
