Living here has been a pleasure! Area is very nice and quiet. I get compliments from every person that visits me. New leasing manager Justin is very nice and helpful. Lester, the maintenance guy is very reliable and always available to help! Schools are great in the area. A little on the pricier side but it literally cost to breathe nowadays lol so you might as well live good. Never had any issues in the 2 years I’ve been here, would definitely recommend!!!

I've live here for over a year and have no complaints. The neighborhood is quiet, the apartments and grounds are well maintained and my neighbors are really friendly. The front office and maintenance have been very responsive anytime I have brought something to their attention. I am never given the run around when i reach out on something that may be needed. I have dealt with Lester for all maintenance items and they have been handled in a prompt and timely fashion. His follow up after the fact to ensure everything is good, is always appreciated.

My wife and I have enjoyed living here over the past year. The management company is definitely focused on making improvements and they do a great job of communicating with the tenants and keeping us aware. They are always focused on making sure we are comfortable and satisfied with our living environment. Cleanliness and health is very important to them, which is a plus. There are plenty of regular maintenance checks and upgrades, and the office is easy to get in touch with. They are always friendly and prompt with their responses.

Excellent Management and Maintenance Crew I had an unexpected emergey a few months ago and needed repairs quickly - Justin, Lester, Vinny and Marco were exceptional with their response time and help with this repair. Vinny did a stellar job assessing the damage with care and attention.and fixed it within a day. Very happy to call Essex Gardens my home. It is a nice community and very convenient location.
