I have lived here for about a year and a half and i have one of the renovated apartments. The modeling is very beautiful and modern, it’s overall quiet and most of the neighbors are very friendly. The staff- Martina, Bruno, and Abe are sweet and when I’ve come to them about concerns they’ve made sure I’m comfortable. It’s overall been a good experience and I’d recommend this complex!

Small apartment complex well maintained and maintenance hands down, amazing, awesome but the only issue, it’s really hard to get ahold of someone in the leasing office, you can call numerous time and send multiple emails, they will either answer you in a few weeks or won’t answer you at all. Justin was great, he responded to your emails and calls quickly, but he left since then it hasn’t been the same, there is no leasing consultant at the office. You have to call now.

This place is clean, managed very well. The people are working class and mind their business. There is garbage or house hold garbage outside. Everything is organized and in the portal system. My parents are very happy with the place. They are also pet friendly!

I been living here for 5 years and I truly love it here. The School district is great for children and the area is very nice and quiet. I feel very safe in this community and everyone is very friendly. The management is very helpful whenever I have a question or concern. Maintenance is excellent Lester is fast in taking care of my work requests when needed. I highly recommend Essex Gardens.

Lester goes above and beyond for us. He’s a great super and always available to any of our needs. Doesn’t matter the time you contact him or day he will go above and beyond to try to resolve any issue. There’s nothing he can’t do. He has helped me at home build things when it’s not apart of his job. Great guy and very smart.

Essex Garden is a great place to live. The school district is great. The property is well kept. Maintenance always is fast to respond to my requests. Would Highly recommend this place to live.

I've live here for over a year and have no complaints. The neighborhood is quiet, the apartments and grounds are well maintained and my neighbors are really friendly. The front office and maintenance have been very responsive anytime I have brought something to their attention. I am never given the run around when i reach out on something that may be needed. I have dealt with Lester for all maintenance items and they have been handled in a prompt and timely fashion. His follow up after the fact to ensure everything is good, is always appreciated.

My wife and I have enjoyed living here over the past year. The management company is definitely focused on making improvements and they do a great job of communicating with the tenants and keeping us aware. They are always focused on making sure we are comfortable and satisfied with our living environment. Cleanliness and health is very important to them, which is a plus. There are plenty of regular maintenance checks and upgrades, and the office is easy to get in touch with. They are always friendly and prompt with their responses.
