Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in a rental. Erin held my hand throughout the rental process and was extremely communicative and supportive every step of the way. Move-in day was a breeze and Erin and the rest of the crew made sure everything was set including when I had a challenge with Verizon which they efficiently solved. The building is well-maintained, David the super has been great so far, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to rent here.

I have lived here for over 5 years, under a prior firm that did little but bare bones service/maintenance . Since the building's recent acquisition by JCM, marked improvement. Erin-part of the management team, has been highly responsive to questions/issues that have periodically arisen during her tenure, managing the property. Overall maintenance level of the building , has vastly improved under Erin's helm. Great place to live....

We moved here from out here of state and were very nervous about finding the right place, but right from the start, Erin was super friendly and down-to-earth. We toured A LOT of apartment complexes in Essex county and none of them left the impression that Erin and Montclair Arms left on us. She remembered our names and made us feel like family. The building has the vintage feel due to being an older building, but has been really well maintained by the staff and they are constantly improving things. The building is very friendly and I could not recommend this more highly.

My sister and I recently applied for a beautiful 2BR 1 bath apartment at Montclair Arms. The service provided by Beatrice was exceptional!! She was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs and was a joy to work with! The process was fast and seamless because Beatrice was extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable. Beatrice was able to work her magic and secure us the apartment that we really wanted. We are so grateful to Beatrice for all her hard work!!

We lived here for part of a year until we decided that we couldn't afford it. It was sad to move out because we really liked out super. He was great and very helpful. He even came in and killed a bug for me when one got into the apartment!Spacious and clean apartments, some ant problems but the management was trying to take care of it. The elevator broke down occassionally.
