I love my apartment! There’s so much space, and the high ceilings make it feel even better. Hellen has been wonderful from the very beginning. She was welcoming, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help made a great first impression and made me feel at home before I even settled in. I truly appreciate the effort she puts into making residents feel welcome. I’m so happy to be here and look forward to living here for many years to come!

I’m a college student and moved into Montclair estates several months ago. I love how close to school this property is and how nice the property manager Hellen has been. My mom loved how informative she was and how safe she made us feel. The location is great and i can’t wait to live here for many more years.

Relatively quiet, respectful and considerate neighbors in the apts on the 2nd/3rd floors make living here wonderful - almost like a peaceful retreat from the hustle and clamor of the lower Montclair area. Well maintained apts and grounds, the Superintendent is attentive, and just the best. Truly enjoy my time here...
