I have been here 9.5 years. The maintenance crew has always been good AND has gotten better over the years. Jose and Henry helped me out with some touch at seem minor but mattered to me greatly. The crew is always pleasant and Prompt responding to my requests. I cannot recommend this complex more. Safe, clean and quiet!!!!! Occasional giggles from children playing which adds to coziness of my apartment.

My AC unit was tripping the circuit breaker and they replaced it with a new one within the hour. Top notch service.

My name is German Munoz and we were having trouble with the stove a couple of days ago and we asked for it to be changed. They didn’t take long to change it for us. Luis and Henry came with a brand new stove and were very respectful and quick with the process of putting the new stove in the kitchen. They took care of everything and it works beautifully now.
