Jose and Henry are the best! My bathroom mirror cabinet was getting old and needed to be replaced, and Jose picked out the perfect vanity for my bathroom. I like it so much better than the standalone sink I had before. The vanity arrived quickly, and Jose and Henry did an excellent and efficient job installing it. I absolutely love it! They also replaced my shower curtain rod for me. Anytime I need something fixed or replaced, Jose is on it right away. He’s always responsive, professional, and gets the job done quickly. I couldn’t be happier with both Jose and Henry’s work!

We were received and given necessary information regarding the unit and a tour conducted immediately . This was at the courtesy of Nisha. She hundled us professionally kind and friendly ,from the beginning to the closures. Help was available when we needed it, ie ,I lost my car packing sticker and she availed one for me immediately ( thanks Nisha ). Communication regarding us as tenants and management is well documented . Apartment is beautiful and well maintained .

I would just like tos start off by saying my lessons get Nisha was nothing but spectacular. She was informative , attentive , and thorough. I did not have to second guess a thing, she made me feel like I had already been living at Georgetown Apartments for years. I’m excited for the move.

Thank you Georgetown for the warm welcome to my new place. The first day coming to tour felt like home. Meeting the property manager NISHA was an wonderful experience and opportunity. She was extremely professional, polite, and respectful. She was very helpful at any questions and concerns about the property. Everything was explained clearly, and if I had any problems NISHA made sure she did whatever it took to help with the situation. She goes above and beyond to make sure the owners and tenants are satisfied. She's the best.

My boyfriend and I moved into our first apartment together, and I couldn’t be happier with our choice. Nisha was so fun to talk to and made us excited about the entire process. I even forgot my keys a couple of times in between moving and Jose was so kind as to lock up for us! Out new cat loves the quiet area, and our neighbors have been amazing! I’m in love and and can’t wait to stay here for years. Beautiful, renovated space, none of that landlord special stuff, just genuine good work. I recommend!

Just went through the leasing and move-in process here and I'm happy with my choice. The property manager Nisha was very welcoming and made everything as effortless as possible, and promptly. Being able to use an app for everything is a good sign the property group is up with the times. And the properties seem well-maintained. A pleasure to rent from this agency so far. Certainly recommended!
