The leasing team were friendly, welcoming and provided a great touring experience for me and my 2 daughters. As a result, we decided to lease an apartment.

I toured Nutley gardens and Franklin manor with Mikayla. She was really great with answering all my questions. It seems like a nice community!

Nutley Gardens seems like the place to be. The tour was fantastic - bright specious apartments with updated features. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and informative answering all my questions. The location is perfect too. I’m excited to join this lively community!
