I have been living at nutley gardens for 7 months now and love it. Fair rent pricing and great place to live. Nicholle the property manager and Flor are so friendly and pleasant to work with. They are always greeting the residents with smiles and warmth. They are the best! I recommend living here and will probably resign my lease!

this is being written under a different email but im sure Flor aka the most amazing person ever, will know who i am but i moved in this month and it is by far the nicest area and complex ive ever been given the opportunity to live in. Flor is nothing short of amazing and kind, their office is clean and beautiful and even resembles their renovated units which are even more spectacular. The people around here and kind and caring, truly the pinnacle of a spectacular living community. Thank you Nutley Gardens
