The tour, application, and move in process has been great from start to finish. A huge shout out to Idalis. She has been wonderful throughout this whole process. The initial tour was of a model unit but we were also able see our actual unit before making any payments and signing the lease. We visited the location after the snow storms and on different days/times to get a feel of the community. They did a good job clearing the snow and the area was pretty peaceful each time we stopped by. Will update once we’ve been living here for some time.

This is my second time, returning to Stratford Apartments. Idalis is a thrill to work with, she’s on top of everything ! The complex is clean. Maintenance is very friendly. Having the dog park is helpful, and the washer and dryer in unit makes things easier. Thank you !

Wonderful place to live here well kept

Idalis is very reachable and does everything she can to keep needs met. The maintenance team Is outstanding, they are always there when needed and are so kind and thoughtful. I am very impressed so far

Idalis was wonderful to work with. Answered all of our questions and helped with all paperwork my boyfriend and I went to fill out today. Having someone that friendly in the office is very important! Appreciate her help very much! :)

Spacious rooms, beautiful balcony, family friendly, quiet neighborhood!

I had a fantastic experience working with Idalis at the Stratford Apartments . From the moment we started the leasing process, She made everything smooth and stress-free. Idalis was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. What really stood out was Idalis prompt communication and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure everything was in order. Idalis helped me navigate the paperwork seamlessly, and her friendly and professional demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable.

It’s been so nice moving in, I love how comfortable and quiet the community is and when I wake up and then go to the balcony in the morning with my coffee, a fresh cut grass and everybody’s walking their dogs in such a clean environment so far

Idalis is the person who helped me set everything up and she has been amazing. She is very attentive and gets back to you as soon as she can. A really good experience so far, with everything.

Moved into Stratford Apts. in Feb '24 and the experience has been great. Management has been super helpful with addressing any questions/concerns I've had. The initial draw for me to check out Stratford was the easy bus commute to NYC for work and I wasn't let down. I've only been here a short period but am already planning on staying here past my current lease.
