I recently had the pleasure of renting a property at Stratford Apartments (i had to move becasue of work relocation), and I can't emphasize enough how truly remarkable this experience has been. From the moment I signed the lease, it was evident that I had made an excellent choice, and much of that credit goes to Ben, the property manager. First and foremost, the properties at Stratford Apartments are outstanding for long-term rental. These well-maintained apartments offer the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

This is an amazing apartment complex, so sad I had to move due to a job change. I was in a renovated unit and it was perfect, with nice new appliances, a very large living space and it was quiet. I personally did not have any issues while living there, and the few times I did speak with management/office staff they were courteous and welcoming. Close to Route 9 and NYC which is a huge plus for me. I would definitely recommend Stratford.

This is one of the best apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in. The renovated apartment is stunning and for mine only being a one bedroom- it is incredibly spacious. Maintenance takes care of any issues that ever occurred within an hour or two of me calling. Idalis at the office is incredibly nice , very honest with any questions I asked and willing to help with any thing she can. The neighborhood is also quiet which is an extreme plus compared to the last apartment I lived in! Definitely a great experience so far :)

Beautiful apartment and community. We moved there from South Carolina so we didn’t get to see the place before move in. The process from move in to move out was smooth. They worked with us. I loved my dog community there. Beautiful neighbors helped me catch my dog when she ran away. I’ve had great relationships with my neighbors! Maintenance was on top of things but nothing major went wrong either during our stay of almost 2 years. This place is not out to get your money. They will return all of your security deposit if you have take care of their place. We moved To be closer to family.

Absolutely loved this place! I was here from 2021-2022 and had the one bedroom washer dryer apartment. Neighborhood was extremely friendly as well as the awesome people who managed the place. I felt I got exactly what I was paying for and staff was always so helpful and friendly. I am only moving out because of family reasons but would likely rent here again once I am able to!

It’s been a little under 3 months that I’ve moved into these apartments. Idalis in the leasing office was excellent in customer service, and ensuring you received exactly what you asked for. I wish the brick exterior was more updated/modern in appearance for curb appeal reasons, however the entire inside of my apartment is completely renovated and brand new. Location is perfect for anyone in and out of the area. Additionally, neighbors keep to themselves and no one bothers you. Great for a first time apartment or a small family. 4 out of 5 stars due to exterior curb appeal.
