Moved into Stratford Apts. in Feb '24 and the experience has been great. Management has been super helpful with addressing any questions/concerns I've had. The initial draw for me to check out Stratford was the easy bus commute to NYC for work and I wasn't let down. I have been living at Stratford for the past 11years. Maria is no longer part of their team but she made my move in experience so easy and pleasant. Ben, Idalis and the entire maintenance team have always treated me with respect and are always kind and willing to help and answer any questions or concerns. The very few times I needed maintenance it was handled quickly and efficiently. Their apartments are very spacious and the overall property is very well kept. I am only leaving because I am moving in with my boyfriend & moving forward in life.

I lived at Stratford Apartments for 2 years. This was intended to be a transitory period for me moving back to New Jersey, and the team at Stratford made it very nice. Management is very hands-off if you want them to be, but they are attentive when it matters most. They do a great job of keeping the grounds kept tidy, and they make the move-out process easy. In my two years I had zero issues with management, and most of the people living there are very friendly. Thanks again!

I've lived at Stratford coming up on two years, and It's been a pleasure. It's a quiet place, a lot of families/ kids, free parking, clean on-site laundry, and a lot of good amenities. The location is great as well, with close proximity to a shoprite, the train station, and route 9. The apartments are nice sized, and the staff is friendly and easy to work with. When I moved in, Ben and Maria/Idalis were great. I would highly recommend for both single people and families.

I recently had the pleasure of renting a property at Stratford Apartments (i had to move becasue of work relocation), and I can't emphasize enough how truly remarkable this experience has been. From the moment I signed the lease, it was evident that I had made an excellent choice, and much of that credit goes to Ben, the property manager. First and foremost, the properties at Stratford Apartments are outstanding for long-term rental. These well-maintained apartments offer the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

This is an amazing apartment complex, so sad I had to move due to a job change. I was in a renovated unit and it was perfect, with nice new appliances, a very large living space and it was quiet. I personally did not have any issues while living there, and the few times I did speak with management/office staff they were courteous and welcoming. Close to Route 9 and NYC which is a huge plus for me. I would definitely recommend Stratford.

This is one of the best apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in. The renovated apartment is stunning and for mine only being a one bedroom- it is incredibly spacious. Maintenance takes care of any issues that ever occurred within an hour or two of me calling. Idalis at the office is incredibly nice , very honest with any questions I asked and willing to help with any thing she can. The neighborhood is also quiet which is an extreme plus compared to the last apartment I lived in! Definitely a great experience so far :)
