Idalis was wonderful to work with. Answered all of our questions and helped with all paperwork my boyfriend and I went to fill out today. Having someone that friendly in the office is very important! Appreciate her help very much! :)

Move in process was very easy. I have only been here for a week but the property is great. I am in a back building so its very quiet and you don't hear the road at all. You can hear the neighbors from time to time but its not disruptive. Love that there are windows in every room and the balcony (2nd floor apt). Laundry in unit is a game changer!

What really stood out was Idalis prompt communication and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure everything was in order. Idalis helped me navigate the paperwork seamlessly, and her friendly and professional demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable.

Moved in a little over a month ago. So far, so good. Mostly quiet and peaceful place. Apartment is great and everything works really well. Idalis is the person who helped me set everything up and she has been amazing. She is very attentive and gets back to you as soon as she can. A really good experience so far, with everything.

Moved into Stratford Apts. in Feb '24 and the experience has been great. Management has been super helpful with addressing any questions/concerns I've had. The initial draw for me to check out Stratford was the easy bus commute to NYC for work and I wasn't let down. I've only been here a short period but am already planning on staying here past my current lease.

I have been living at Stratford for the past 11years. Maria is no longer part of their team but she made my move in experience so easy and pleasant. Ben, Idalis and the entire maintenance team have always treated me with respect and are always kind and willing to help and answer any questions or concerns. The very few times I needed maintenance it was handled quickly and efficiently. Their apartments are very spacious and the overall property is very well kept. I am only leaving because I am moving in with my boyfriend & moving forward in life.
