Rent is due on the 5th of the month. Late fees are 5%.

We offer 12-18 month leases for the initial lease term. Upon renewal, there are 12 month terms or month to month with a $200 premium.

There are assigned outdoor parking spaces for $80/month and assigned garages for $115/month.
