Nice but one complaint This place is nice and quiet. Apartment included one parking spot which is nice if you get there early enough to get one. Street parking can be a hassle late at night. BIGGEST complaint i have is their landscaping is non existent. Place has dirt patches everywhere. No nice lawns anywhere except where it grows naturally. Its not pleasant to look at especially at the prices that youre paying

Bldg maintenance people are excellent. My only complaint people that lives in the 2nd floor are Very noisy please discipline your kids, playing ball at night come on! Also, there’s a --------- that live near the baseball field.

Iris was extremely responsive in our apartment search and the property manager, Yaacov, went above and beyond to help us out. Although they won’t refund you the holding fee if you change your mind, Yaacov took the time to coordinate with the property manager of another one of their communities that we decided to ultimately commit to so that the money was transferred to this other property. They typically don’t do this kind of thing but truly went above and beyond in their customer service to accommodate us so that we didn’t lose our money.

Beautiful area for families I must say this area is quiet and beautiful. Lots of things to do and malls are very close. Easy travel to NYC. The apartment is spacious depending on what kind of furniture you are bringing in; however, Ridgefield Garden management will work with you. Thank you, Ridgefield Garden, for letting us experience what New Jersey is all about.

I have been living at Nutley Properties for a year now. I have a 2 bedroom apartment and I love it here. The only issue is that because it's an older building it can get rather warm in the summer months so you are constantly running the Air Conditioners. Nutley has a great school system and the complex is located near public transportation. I commute daily to NYC using the bus. It is about a 7 minute walk to the bus stop. Management and maintenance has been nice and helpful. I would recommend to others.

Update. I noticed a posting where a resident was complaining about the awnings and door fixtures being old and crumbling but Nutley Properties HAS been updating ALL the outside door frames and awnings. So patience is a virtue, because the complex is being updated as well as the garages. Yes parking is hard to come by, but as mentioned in another post you can pay $70 for a garage when one is available, or put that $70 dollars for a PERMIT from the Nutley district itself so you can be allowed to park on the side streets.
