I lived at Douglas Gardens for almost 10 years. The apts are nice and spacious, and the building and landscaping are always clean. However, the real credit goes to the office manager, Emilia. From the day I applied for the apartment until the day I moved out, Emilia was extremely helpful and professional. She genuinely cares about her tenants and always made sure that any issues were promptly resolved. She consistently went above and beyond. I’m not sure how she manages to oversee so many apartments, but she is amazing at her job !

I've been living in this complex for a year now and have nothing but great things to say about it! This was my first apartment complex and living by myself and I cannot stress how WONDERFUL the property manager Emilia was and still is as she made the whole transition so effortlessly smooth for me. I am so happy with my newly renovated apartment! The kitchen appliances and furnishings are absolutely beautiful and the price is one of the cheapest in the areas, especially for a unit with a washer and dryer.

Douglas is a really great community to live in . Neighbors are nice, Great parking , laundry on premises. What really takes it over the top is management . Coming from New York I’ve had bad experiences with landlords and such but Emilia the property manager takes really great care of her residents and is great at answering emails or calls. She made my whole experience pleasant .Never had any issues here and plan to stay a while !
