Very nice. I plan to stay for quite a time longer. Have been here for a while. I highly recommend living here. It's close to many conveniences. There are good stores and transportation nearby. The rent is reasonable comparatively.

A little over 5 years ago, my wife and I visited Short Hill Club Village after bouncing around from one "luxury" high-rise apartment to the next near the City. When we first got to our unit, the Property Manager -- Veronica -- told us that the former tenant had been in our unit for almost 9 years, and made this place his home. Little did I know, we too found ourselves spending a wonderful 5 years in this community, and it became our home in every sense of the word.

The maintenance here has always been done immediately and the clean up is great. The maintenance jobs aren't repeats and the requests are done in less than 24 hrs. I didn't have to put in any follow ups

I’ve spent five years living at Short Hills Club Village and can’t recommend it enough. The property grounds are peaceful and well maintained. The management and maintenance teams are extremely kind and responsive. The location is convenient to so many things (train, park, public pool, walkable downtown), and the community within the complex itself is wonderful.

SHCV is a wonderful complex. It very much feels like home. It is quiet, safe, the grounds are beautifully maintained and the office staff is wonderful. It is easily accessible to major highways and downtown Milllburn is a short walk away. Veronica has made the move in process flawless. She is always there to answer any questions or concerns you have. The maintenance staff is great. They take care of repairs very quickly and make sure that the unit is in perfect move in ready condition. I can't say enough good things about living here. I highly recommend living here.

This complex is a good value for the money. We needed someplace convenient to Millburn and Newark International Airport, as one tenant travels back and forth to Colorado frequently. The complex is clean, quiet, and affordable.

We have been here almost a year now ? and we have had a great experience. From the office staff to the maintenance team we have always been treated courteously. They all seem to care that this is where my home is and I want to feel happy here- that kind of understanding shows in their attitudes, assistance, and communications. The property is beautiful, issues are addressed quickly when they come up and responsiveness is very fast as well.

Very pleased with the people who run my complex. They are available 24/7 and take pride in their work. I'm very happy that I chose to live here since I have no complaints regarding issues that were never addressed. When something needs to be fixed, it gets done.

The area is quiet, safe, and the neighbors are friendly and helpful. What truly makes this community stand out, however, is the management. Veronica, the property manager, is outstanding. She is incredibly responsive, professional, and always quick to resolve any issue. Maintenance has also been very fast and reliable.

The proximity to two train stations, the ability to walk to the town center, shopping, parks, and the South Mountain Reservation make this community very desirable. We have a diverse community filled with mutual respect. It's a terrific place to live!

My experience at Short Hills Club Village has been outstanding so far. From the move-in process to maintenance follow-ups, everything has been handled with professionalism and efficiency. The apartments themselves are nice and well maintained. They’re not marketed as luxury units, but they’re spacious (about 900 sq ft for our 2-bedroom), comfortable, and the kitchen in particular is very well done. Some areas could use minor updates, but overall the value for the price is excellent. What truly sold us, though, was the management.

My husband and I would like to extend our sincere thanks to the maintenance crew for all of their hard work during the recent snowfalls. The sidewalks and pathways have been cleared so quickly and thoroughly, and the salting to keep everything safe and ice-free has been greatly appreciated. We know this work often happens early, late, and in tough conditions, and it truly makes a difference. Please know that your efforts do not go unnoticed. Thank you for all that you do.
