We enjoyed our three years in this community- friendly neighbors, good access to amenities, and a nearby train station-but a few issues prompted our move. The creaky, flimsy wooden floors often caused noise, leading to complaints from ground-floor tenants, including elderly residents, and even police intervention in some cases. To address the sound, management insisted tenants cover 80% of the floors with carpets, which most tenants are unaware of when signing the lease. The only amenity, the gym, was initially free but started charging fees from the second renewal, which was disappointing.

We have been singled out to have a sand lot-weed infested-no grass "front lawn" - something that would not be tolerated if we were located on the Drive. It's unfortunate that this situation has never been solved, and indeed, recently made worse.

I lived at Short Hills Club Village for a little over three years, and if I weren’t moving out of the area, I would have happily stayed much longer. This community truly feels like home—beautifully maintained, peaceful, and exceptionally well-managed. The property itself is always kept in pristine condition, and the maintenance team is prompt, professional, and efficient when it comes to handling any in-house issues. I’ve never had to wait long for a response, and they always get the job done right the first time.
