Very quiet and serene place. No noise at all. Which is very important to me. The staff has always been very professional and upbeat. I really appreciate them. I don't have any problems with this facility.

Excellent experience. The rental office is very helpful. The community is friendly quiet and safe the train station is walking distance the shopping district is very close. We do not have kids but I believe school Dist is very good

So far the leasing office has been very helpful with any questions we have had. Our apartment was newly renovated and cleaned prior to move in. This community is quiet, peaceful, and very enjoyable to be apart of. We look forward to living here for a while.

I have resided here a long time. Moved for my job. On a whole the complex is nice. Some wonderful neighbors ( have become family ). Also, there are always a few who do not believe the rules apply to them. The office helps when this happens.

It is an overall great place to live. It is well maintained and management is generally responsive. It is walking distance to shops and restaurants and an easy commute to/from Manhattan. Overall I would suggest it to prospective renters.

We have had a wonderful experience the past two years. The maintenance staff has been responsive highly competent. We have also had very cooperative relationships with the onsite property managers. A very positive living experience.

Its been great, management staff are always on top of things and very nice, the apartments are lovely and well equipped, the events are fun and worth attending, and while the rent is a bit high, it never feels unjustly so.

Good I like it a lot. Such a good place to live. Convenient to town train and work. Walkable. I love my one bedroom. Nice view. Nice amenities. Nice area. Good that it's pet friendly. And u can have guests.

Overall, this community is well managed and quiet. Any and every community will have minor issues but those are efficiently and promptly addressed. ..been living in this complex nearly 20 years..sufficient to say it's a good value.
