My husband and I lived at Wayne Village for 12.5 years. We moved away for 2.5 years but wanted to come back to Wayne. The only place we considered living at was Wayne Village. Joe, in the leasing dept walked us through every detail and was with us every step of the way. Every phone call, every e-mail, Joe took care of. The maintenance dept is fantastic. They can fix anything and they are on-site 24 hrs a day for emergency purposes. A special shout out to Miguel whom we have known for years. Work orders done. Promises for repairs not always done as promised. For example, promised a new vanity, got a new sink. Painting job sloppy throughout; especially bathroom, corners, and doorways. They do not salt adequately after snow. Mostly comfortable here.
