I have lived in this community for over a year, and it has been an incredibly positive experience. Finding a rental that balances great management, a peaceful environment, and reliable service can be difficult, but this property delivers on all fronts.The management team is professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions.

Wayne Village is a very nice place to live. The grounds are well maintained and everyone is friendly. It's a very nice place to live. The community is pet friendly which adds to a reason someone would like to live here.

We moved in from woodland park and absolutely love it here. Quiet community, dog friendly, helpful staff, kind neighbor. And the in unit washer and dryer make life so much easier. The pool is always clean and calm. I highly recommend.

The apartment is efficient and in the center of a lot of locations around town. Easy to travel and nice walk areas to walk your dog. Pet friendly establishments and typically are attentive to all requests.

Very easy and convenient. Staff on site was prompt to request, as is the apartment complex. Maintenance staff here is always on point with service requests and do a great job on repair. Highly recommended!

I am never the type to leave a review but I just have to say I am so seriously impressed with this place. The gentleman that gave my boyfriend and I a tour was so friendly and so helpful. The experience blew away every other tour experience we have had. The place was extremely nice as well and the grounds are very well maintained. The apartments we toured were super nice and very fairly priced. I love everything that is included with the rent and I love how up front they are about pricing. This was a 10/10 experience and we are highly considering living here!

I am so happy to have moved into Wayne Village! My apartment is beautiful & has amenities such as recessed lighting in the living room, soft-close kitchen cabinets, built-in cut outs in the shower, beautiful hardwood floors, lots of closets & more!

Don't move here. Although it's better than in other places I have been, I see very little interest in providing a good living place for people. E.G. one day some "smart person" decided that he can squeeze a few bucks from reducing the heating costs. So. They implemented a fancy system that provides heating agent temperature based on outside air. Main point was that people are born equal I suppose. But some need a few more degrees in their apartment. When they implemented this, I called and reported that it's too cold and asked if I'm the only one complaining.

I've lived here since 2014 and its been great. The maintenance staff and the management office have been great and have always been very responsive. The property is kept real well and the community is quiet.

Quick response to emergency attention. Check the heater and adjust value to make it heat again. Stay until heat rise up working. Explain to me how thermostat works and why neighbors turn up which causes heat get shut down.
