This is a ridiculous expectation. All I wanted to do was give 5 stars to the maintenance. This is way too long I domt know what else you want me to say. I refuse to do this. The office and maintenance staff are above average. My building needs to be painted. I can hear neighbors through the walls.

It is nice clean and quiet most of the time. It has swimming pool and fitness saloon which is a good chance for leisure time. Other than that it has a small playground for children. Parking lots are emough.

The water leak issue was still present. The kitchen sink had gaps between the sink and countertop, which raised additional concerns for potential leakage. We had to bring in a handyman over the weekend to resolve the problem, as the sink was otherwise unusable. To expedite and prevent mold from developing under the sink, we paid $100 for the repair. The handyman resolved the issue by tightening the plumbing connections and applying adhesive around the sink and countertop to prevent future leaks.

Very quiet, well maintained community. Adequate parking. Gym and pool are always clean. All staff members have been courteous and helpful. Snow removal was adequate and when a space was empty, the space was cleaned to allow for better access when cars were parked. I enjoy living here.
