We feel safe and we love the comfort of our apartment and the convenience of everything we need nearby. We have nice neighbors, it is very easy to park our car, the laundry facilities are clean and cost-effective and well maintained. There is nothing we don't like.

Very knowledgeable staff. Helpful. Came as soon as requested. Cleaned up after repairs. I was not at home at the time when work was completed. I have never had a problem in any dealings with staff members.

Don't move here. Although it's better than in other places I have been, I see very little interest in providing a good living place for people. E.G. one day some "smart person" decided that he can squeeze a few bucks from reducing the heating costs. So. They implemented a fancy system that provides heating agent temperature based on outside air. Main point was that people are born equal I suppose. But some need a few more degrees in their apartment. When they implemented this, I called and reported that it's too cold and asked if I'm the only one complaining.

I've lived here since 2014 and its been great. The maintenance staff and the management office have been great and have always been very responsive. The property is kept real well and the community is quiet.

Quick response to emergency attention. Check the heater and adjust value to make it heat again. Stay until heat rise up working. Explain to me how thermostat works and why neighbors turn up which causes heat get shut down.

Just moved in last month but so far everything is great. My only complaint so far is that when it snows street parking isn't allowed so the parking lots fill up really quickly. Other than that the property is very well maintained

Quiet and well maintained community. Close to transportation and shopping centers. Also close to hospital and medical doctors. Friendly community with fitness center and swimming pool. Also pet friendly with Doggie spa and exercise area.

Fantastic maintenance service! Leasing office is fantastic too! Great space for dog walking. Several spots for dog waste drops. Doggie bags are provided for your convenience. Dog washing station is a great asset.

Great community quiet area perfect school. The building a little bit old old. There's issues with heat and installation sometimes hard to find parking beside that Everything is great. Beside that everything OK

Service was much better with previous owners. However, it has improved over the last year. Joseph Nicoletti is always prompt, kind and courteous when responding to issues. He answers emails even on his days off and follows up appropriately.

We just moved in, our apartment was in perfect condition and we had an amazing experience with Carlo. He was super patient and supportive from day one.

Wonderful community! Maintenance always there for you. Dog walking much easier around the complex. Dog baggies and trash available some spots. Parking is easy to find around the complex. Recycling and garbage at each parking lot are worthwhile.

This is a ridiculous expectation. All I wanted to do was give 5 stars to the maintenance. This is way too long I domt know what else you want me to say. I refuse to do this. The office and maintenance staff are above average. My building needs to be painted. I can hear neighbors through the walls.

okay for here. easy for me to move around. everything I need is within driving distance. Rent is increasing, but still reasonable. Though, the renovated apartments will certainly cost more. But there's parity in the area.
