We truly loved living at the Highlands in Westwood. Our two bedroom apartment was spacious and the veranda overlooked the pool. It was a beautiful view. The staff is wonderful, maintenance was always handled quickly and with a smile. The amenities are second to none and the landscaping is impeccable. The common areas were all recently updated including the doors to each building, paint and carpeting. We will miss being a part of this beautiful community where you can tell the owners care. Our neighbors were also wonderful! Thank you for everything!

We have been here for almost 5 years and we love it here! The Management team is great, headed by Angie. Whenever there is a problem she handles it immediately with a profession approach and she is so friendly to deal with. The Maintenance team is quick to return a call and they are prompt to fix any problem. The grounds here are kept beautifully too!

I have loved living at the Highlands. Both Angie and Kathy kindly go out of their way to help me in any way they can. The maintenance staff are so kind and helpful and maintain the place beautifully. Enjoying the benefits of community life in a cozy atmosphere is quite unusual and special at an apartment complex. The pool is also a great addition in the summer. It was unfortunate that it was not made more available to the residents this summer, due to life guard shortage, especially since that is part of our amenitiee's fee. This needs to be corrected. It is a big draw to this community.

Updated and immaculate units — quiet and peaceful. Each resident has their own balcony that feels like a private oasis. Neighbors are all friendly and kind. Management goes above and beyond— Angela Papa in particular deserves every award and recognition possible as the best property manager around. She genuinely cares about each and every resident, and she works tirelessly to ensure that everyone truly feels at home here. The maintenance team is also fantastic and prompt!
