Lynnewood Gardens offers a 10 month lease for students with no premium charge!  Or lease for 12 months and take advantage of our 5% Student Discount!

Yes, we accept co-signers for student applications!  Applications are free for both students and co-signers!

We can send rent bills to a co-signer or third party with written request from all leaseholders.  Rent can be paid directly online at RentPayment.com.

Multiple leaseholders and co-signers are allowed and all are equally responsible for rent payments and all lease terms.

All leaseholders are equally responsible for the security deposit and equally entitled to security deposit refunds.  Refunds will be made payable to all leaseholders.
