Nice place. Little expensive

My experience was good. I was able to move in quickly and smoothly. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The community is clean and peaceful. The complex is close to the city but not inside it. The surrounding area is quite nice as well. The area is clean and near many stores.

My husband and I are very thankful for the villas. I am very close to work and can walk because we share a car. They are always kind and helpful when we need help and are always looking to make our experience enjoyable. We are very satisfied with our place! :)

The answers were from when I lived at 2924 Marietta Ave Apt E There were often parties in apartments adjacent to my apartment that caused me to lose sleep. The people were all very nice that I lived around, I just don't think there realized the noise level they created below them.

We only just moved in 5 months ago and our experience has been a positive so far. There has been some minor things that still need to be addressed in regards to outside the property and doors, but the inside of townhouse was re-done very well! Office and maintenance staff have been great.

The maintenance staff has been wonderful but our townhouse has been falling apart since we moved in. All of the other houses that people have moved out of since have been renovated, so likely our issue is that this house was due for a renovation. Some neighbors are quiet although we've had a few that have been loud who have since left.

My girlfriend and I were new to the area and pretty much clueless about where we wanted to live. We were made to feel at home as soon as we entered the leasing office. Ed inquired what we liked to do and where we were going to be working and gave us much needed insight into the area. We moved in to a one bedroom apartment in May of 2013 and have been very happy with our choice. Our apartment was totally upgraded and we have not had to submit one maintenance request. We are going to be married in '14 and probably will need something bigger.
