Beth and Mike are some of the nicest people, and are the easiest to communicate with. I’ve lived here since 2021 - with everything that’s local to the area and the kindness of the staff here, it’s hard to want to live anywhere else!

We really enjoy living at Cherry Hill Villas! It’s a safe, quiet community and pet friendly — which was a big plus for us. The property is well maintained — the grass, edges, and bushes are trimmed regularly, and they take care of leaf cleanup too. It’s so nice not having to worry about doing any of that ourselves! One of the things I appreciate most is how well the maintenance man takes care of everything during snow and ice. He does a wonderful job clearing sidewalks and parking lots, and even uses pet-friendly rock salt.

We moved in 5 months ago and it's been great. No complaints. This community is quiet. The supermarket and shopping area is within reasonable walking distance, located at the Centerville Square. We are pleased with the notifications that we received in advance regarding snow removal and maintenance in the area. It's pet friendly.

Nothing but an amazing experience here. Moved in at the end of December, and during the move-in process, Beth was as able to accommodate me and make sure I was able to move in on my requested date. Beth is kind, understanding, and personable. I would not just live anywhere, and I am truly enjoying my time here. It is clean, VERY well maintained in the winter time with salt laid down and snow always plowed in a timely manner, all thanks to the great Mike. My microwave broke unexpectedly, and within the next day, Mike was able to replace it.
