My daughter was looking for an apartment and we randomly found Fallbrook Flats. We stopped in to see if by chance we could see an apartment and Angel was so welcoming and friendly! She was so knowledgeable about the property and gave us a thorough tour. A few months later while on vacation my daughter decided it was time to choose an apartment. Angel couldn’t have been more accommodating! She walked us step by step on the process! She has been absolutely wonderful to work with!!

Stayed for a year, loved the place, well kept. Any maintenance issues were quickly addressed. Dog friendly. Management is awesome. The community gym is also really nice and not just a dingy closet with a treadmill. Great place for young professionals and couples!

I was in touch with Angel from the minute I expressed interest in touring Fallbrook Flats. She was absolutely wonderful! She truly cares about the complex & the people and that shows. My boyfriend and I were able to see 2 apartments to compare and Angel had such great ideas for design and where to put furniture throughout the whole apartment. She also showed how much space was offered in the apartment and helpful tips to utilize the space. She was amazing with communication and answered any questions we had and went over so much helpful information throughout the tour.

Met with the Property Manager, Angel. She was very warm and inviting; can't say I've had this experience everywhere. What a ray of sunshine! Apartments are new, open concept, and very nice. Angel is amazing! She is extremely friendly and very professional. Moving can be a tedious task and she made the process simple and easy. The day I moved in, she made sure to stop by and make sure all was good. She took time after her work day ended for that check in which I thought was above and beyond. Any questions asked, she answered with a smile on her face and a genuineness that is unmatched. Thank you for being an example of what property managers should be!!
