Rosera Marks Its First Anniversary

Rosera Wesmont hit its one year mark this June. Congrats Rosera – and lucky residents celebrated poolside, with awesome raffles and a party.

Pleasant View Gardens Cools Off with an Ice Cream Social

Nothing says summer quite like ice cream by the pool. Pleasant View Gardens residents came out to pick between chocolate fudgesicles and Italian ices, with a balloon-filled setup that made the whole thing feel like a real party. It’s the kind of low-key event that ends up being one of the best of the season, mostly because it gives neighbors an easy reason to actually talk to each other.

Harbor Terrace Honors Memorial Day

Harbor Terrace residents in Perth Amboy marked Memorial Day with a barbecue, live music, lawn games, and prizes.

The Central Jersey Team Goes Bowling

Team events matter too. Our Central Jersey team spent an afternoon at Albatross for some upscale bowling and an even better meal. Somewhere between the strikes and the gutter balls, it turned into exactly the kind of outing that reminds everyone why they like working together in the first place.

Lynnewood Gardens Throws a Summer BBQ & Splash Bash

Water slides, live music, and all the BBQ favorites. Lynnewood Gardens kicked off summer with a splash, and residents showed up for it.
