We’ve lived at Carlton for over 15 years and never really needed to call the office for maintenance that much. Recently, the kitchen sink’s U-trap has been leaking and the toilet started with a hissing sound. Yesterday, I called the office and within 2 hours, maintenance personnel, Antonio C showed up. He was courteous, and very knowledgeable about the maintenance he faced. In a short amount of time, the problems were fixed. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you Cartlon Apartments.

The other day I went to the office and talked to Randi about the mess in our laundry room. She immediately got on the phone and called Antonio Cordero one of the maintenance men, he came over and did an over and above job!!! The regular maintenance man for that particular laundry room has been out sick for a while that was the problem. Antonio is definitely a keeper!!!! Randi is also wonderful to work with!

Having been born and raised in NYC my entire life I was forced to relocate to the suburbs of NJ due to my business relocating - No easy task after living in the Big Apple for over 5 decades. With the help of my cousin an extensive search ensued that took me throughout NJ and PA. Then I found The Carlton and was very impressed with the amenities the complex offered, abundant parking, the way the property was laid out and the way the grounds were upkept. Soon thereafter I met Randee Tucker - Carlton Apts.

When I first moved in - I ran into many minor problems. But I was patient, and very understanding. Within 3 weeks everything was fixed. Jimmy (the manager of maintenance) came and fixed everything. If he comes to your apartment then expect things to be fixed with quality. I like that he explains what happens and says what he will do to fix it. I love my apartment, and it’s pretty big as well.

Randy was great in helping me find the perfect apartment, moving in next week! thank you for all the help and affordable as well. Very tidy facility, plenty of parking, renovated was also a plus (washer/dryer/dishwasher). highly recommend!

The place is nice and quiet. You barely hear your neighbors through the walls. Feels safe because of the security cameras at the entrances of the complex. Love my neighbors. Everyone is friendly and looks out for one another. I highly recommend it here.

I used to live in Carlton. I lived there for 5 years. Amazing people and great experience. My recent experience with Randee was great. She is very humble, professional and addresses your issues with sincerity. Highly recommended place!
