Moved into Carlton Apartments in August 2025 with my dogs. Love the renovated apartment and the option for washer/ dryer! The apartment is spacious and the closets are big! Neighbors are friendly and quiet. The management has been wonderful as are the maintenance people. I wish I had moved earlier in my life. Thank you Randee, Ari and staff.

My family has been living at Carlton Apartments since March 2020. The outdoor amenities, such as the large pool area and dog park are very good. The apartments were built in the 70s. For that reason, the rooms are quite a bit larger than in newer complexes. In my experience, the management company and the maintenance staff are very responsive. Property Managers Randee and Ari are courteous and helpful . Maintenance staff Jim, Antonio, and their colleagues respond in a very timely manner. Their experience allows them, in most cases, to fix the issue the same day.
