I was a previous tenant in Nutley gardens. I was really impressed with their maintenance of the property and the leasing office. Any issues that arise are taken of promptly and the property is well maintained. The property manager Nicholle is friendly and helpful.

I've been a resident at Nutley Gardens for over 10 years and have only positive things to say from the management crew down to the maintenance crew. Whenever I have maintenance issues, the maintenance team is quick at responding. A courtesy call is a plus; they’ll set a time favorable to my schedule. They always handled it promptly and professionally. The management updated many stuffs since I moved here from laundry room, parking area, added EV charger for any electric vehicle and more. They also host movie nights and BBQ for the family.
