This is a community that is maintained beautifully and kept safe. Residents are courteous and respectful. Staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities are great. This is a place where anyone would enjoy living.

Lynnewood gardens is a nice place to live but I don't like some of the extra charges at times. Then when they corrected no communication. And my maintenance issue is just a one time. All the maintenance people are very nice, respectful. So please try and do better.

I like the the private entrances and grassy areas for kids to run around. Lots of open space and sittingareas when you wanna catch a breeze. Not to mention the well kept grass and trees. Calm and quiet as well.

It's a good community to live at. I have good neighbors, they're respectful. Good events are coordinated for the community to participate in. Landscaping is always updated. Property management and staff are great.

Lynnewood Gardens offers a well-rounded lifestyle for a variety of individuals from young families to an older more settled crowd. Amenities are wonderful and the property is well-maintained. The pool, clubhouse and dog park and basketball and tennis courts are all highly desirable and frequently used by the community residents

I would recommend anyone who is looking to move to PA this is a great place to live your on the county side however next to Philadelphia, the school district is good there is free school buses for the students. They have a dog park, free shuttle ear many supermarkets and local business.

I have enjoyed living in this apartment community. The location is convenient, the neighborhood is quiet, and the staff is generally helpful when assistance is needed. Maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable amount of time, and the property is kept clean. Overall, it has been a positive living experience.

Overall my experience living here at Lynnwood Gardens has been good. The property is close shopping centers and public transportation. The landscaping is maintained and there are many different social activities that the residents can join.
