Waters Edge is a beautiful community with a great team behind it. One thing that really stands out is the maintenance staff. Tony, Richard, and Marvin are always friendly, professional, and incredibly hardworking. They respond quickly, take pride in what they do, and genuinely care about keeping the property looking its best. It’s not always easy to find a community with a maintenance team that’s this reliable and attentive, but these three consistently go above and beyond. Their dedication doesn’t go unnoticed. Keep up the great work!

We have been here for a few months and I must say choosing to move here has been the best decision we have made. The view of the river is amazing, the community it kind and welcoming, and with the incredible staff that help maintain the property, especially Nicole, the space always feels warm clean and there's always someone ready to offer help. Highly recommend moving here.
