I've had a generally mixed experience living at this apartment community. There are definitely some positives that make it a decent place to live, but there are also areas that could use improvement. On the positive side, the location is convenient and close to shopping, schools, and main roads.

Apartment is spacious and comfortable. conciege recycling and garbage pick up is wonderful. The gym and pool on the grounds are beautiful as well as very convenient. Although a bit expensive rent, we are throughly enjoying the Highlands.

This is a wonderfully managed property! As a senior citizen I appreciate how responsive the staff is when something needs attention. The exterior of the buildings need repair, but the interior units are in excellent condition.

Excellent staff and maintenance crew always respectful helpful and very very professional place is safe and very dog friendly. Neighbors are nice grounds are well kept easy access to the city and shopping.

Great place to live. The community is safe, people are kind and the property is well maintained. My kids and I are very comfortable here. We are close to many stores, the schools are nearby and it is very pet friendly.

From the front office Kira and Yaz to maintenance Danny Carlos Ray Manny and Wilson the best professional and helpful team. They go out of their way for the community. The community is safe and a great place to have a dog

It's is truly like living in a resort. The amenities are always well kept. Maintenance responds quickly. I appreciate this as that being my main reason for renting and not owning a home. I wish to remain as a tenant. As long as I am able to upgrade soon.

The application process is straightforward. The apartment is spacious and clean. Appliances are new and modern. The entire community is clean and quiet. We just moved in but so far we are loving the space.

We enjoy living here: the location is convenient to shopping and highways, the pool is enjoyable in the summer, the area has many beautiful artistic and historic places and we enjoy the social events.

Beautiful apartment community located near many shops, highways, public transportation and schools. The maintenance and administrative staff has always been prompt and courteous. It's a pleasure to live here at Highlands Nanuet.

The Highlands is a great place to call home. Damina and Keira in the Leasing Office are so friendly and always happy to help. I particularly love how promptly the maintenance team responds if I ever need help fixing something.
