At The Pavilions we know it’s not home without your loved ones close by! We are proud to offer dog and cat friendly apartments to accommodate your furry friends.
Maximum of 2 pets allowed per apartment. Breed restrictions apply.

Pet Fees:
$275 non-refundable pet fee per pet prior to move-in
$30 per month per cat
$50 per month per dog
