I have lived at The Pavilions for 8 years and absolutely love the location as it is convenient to get to all of the stores and I feel safe living here. The insulation in the apartments could certainly use improvement when it comes to the level of noise as well as reducing our high energy bills. The heat pumps do not do a very good job in the winter as they struggle to keep the apartments warm during cold temperatures leading to discomfort as well as extremely high electric bills.

I would like to leave a review for the manager Griselle. She is great at what she does. Very efficient. Has brought a lot of new things to do to the complex. Lots of tenant interaction. If I ever had any issues she dealt with then right away and I have no complaints about her at all. Always made me feel very comfortable to be able to come and discuss any issue I had. Thank you!
