Pets are residents, too! River Club Apartments is proud to allow two furry friends per home. Your dog will love our pet park and the surrounding courtyard. You will also enjoy the direct access to the Hudson’s trails for your daily strolls.

Pet Fees and Terms:

Monthly pet rent of $55
There is a non-refundable, one-time pet fee of $250
No weight limit
Breed restrictions – We cannot accommodate the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds, or mixes of these breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
