Riverclub complex is awesome. Management ninjas been great and it has great facilities. They have great maintenance team with responsible members. The complex looks luxury?they have some events during the year.

Good building, clean and neat. Fast maintenance response. No issues to report. Staff at leasing office are great as well. Gym and pool are a nice addition. Close proximity to a lot of stores for daily needs.

I've been living here for 5 years and I love the area. The community is pretty safe and it's conveniently located by a bus route to Manhattan. Only complaint is some of the amenities need to be updated, ie pool furniture and gym equipment.

Maintenance response is incredible. Community feels like home. They are always holding events and activities like barbecues and pool movie nights. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

We chose the apartment initially for the location and rent price but after moving in, we underestimated how much we ended up liking everything from the unit to the location. The apartments are right by the river, which makes for a very pleasant walk. There's a dog park as well. The bus stop for city commuters is close-by. In addition, shopping centers and groceries are all within walking distance. It's truly a gem of a location.

River Club Apartments offers a fantastic living experience. The scenic views, clean grounds, and responsive management make it a standout choice. Fixed the AC the same day, no ongoing issues. The room was at 82 degrees in 90 degree weather with the AC set to 70. Management team acted quickly once alerted to the issues and the AC was fixed within the hour.

We have called THE RIVER CLUB our home for 21 years. And we will call it our home for many more years to come. Is an amazing place to live. We have had many different management at the RIVER CLUB and they all have been amazing ????

Happy tenant since 2017. Love the location of the development. Friendly staff. Some tenants abuse the system by using the guest parking as personal to avoid paying, but it seems a bit hard to control by the office.

Excellent location and fair pricing makes this a perfect place to live and work. The friendly property management also add to the positive living experience, as they are alway open to making improvements to the community.

Let me start by saying that I genuinely love this complex. Coming from the Upper East Side, being able to see grass every day, walk my dog, hear birds chirping, and enjoy the quiet surroundings has been incredible. Maintenance is excellent—you can schedule repairs without even needing to be home. The amenities are solid, and the price compared to the city is very reasonable. However, there are a couple of things worth noting. The internal road is posted at 10 mph, but many residents ignore it and drive closer to 30 mph.
