Maria is so welcoming and professional we dint have an appointment and she accommodated us was able to present the property in a perfect way answered all our questions. The place is so homey and quite with nice renovations THANK YOU MARIA!

I’ve been a resident of this community for over 5 years and I’m as happy as I can be living here. This is such a beautiful place to live in this area, green all over the place, animals, nature and a dog paradise. Stephanie and Maria in the office are really efficient, helpful and polite. Wayne and the maintenance staff are always working on improving the property. I’m really satisfied with the service and the property and don’t see myself leaving this place anytime soon.

My husband, our Frenchie, and I have been living here for 5 years and absolutely love the community. The office has such a fantastic dynamic — Maria and Stephany are always attentive, helpful, and are always so genuinely kind. It’s rare to find a place that balances professionalism with such warmth. Wayne is also wonderful, always quick to help with any maintenance needs. The entire team is fantastic and truly makes this place feel like home! We are so happy here.

My experience living at the River Club has been awesome. The buildings are completely renovated and the grounds are well maintained plus there’s direct access to a walkway along the river. The gym and pool are always clean and never too crowded. They have multiple apartment layouts and regardless of which you choose the rents are extremely reasonable for the area. Maria and her staff in the leasing office are the best!!! They were able to work with me to find the perfect apartment. The entire process working with them was quick and simple.

Stephany was the best!!! Also, the pictures online of the units were very accurate and representative of the actual units!

River Club is an amazing place , very quiet and peaceful exactly what we were looking for !

Beautiful and well maintained apartment complex. The location is amazing, close to everything! There are a few residents that avoid paying for parking by keeping their cars overnight in the visitor's spots. Management has been informed, but I can understand it is hard to control...

Management office personals was always very friendly and helpfull at any time we need. Great community to live and respectfull neighborhood relationship established by office and service personals. especially by dear Tetyana . we are happy to know her . Warm and best regards

The entire move in process was smooth and quick. Tetyana the Leasing Agent was very helpful and informative. She answered all my questions and concerns. I rented the 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bath townhome. Just moved in 2 days ago and so far everything is wonderful. As per Tetyana, the hallways in my complex will be renovated by end of year - can't wait! They definitely need a facelift.
