I wanted to take the time to say Lora the property manager was so incredibly kind! She was so great and even stayed open late to do my showing because I couldn’t make it until after work. As I was leaving I mentioned I was interested in another unit they had available and she was so nice and took me back to see it. The apartments are very nice and really well maintained and everyone we came across - residents and all the staff - were all very warm. If you are looking to rent in this area, this complex is very safe, quiet, clean and has lots of open green spaces.

A quiet, pleasant place to live. Lots of young families, grad students, young professionals, and some longtime residents. Lots of cats! The price is on the affordable end for the county. Maintenance responds quickly and are always friendly and pleasant. The buildings are a little older, but the apartments are clean and functional, and management does a good job of staying on top of repairs. If you’re looking for a safe, clean, and well-run place at a lower price point than those big blocky new apartment buildings that go up everywhere, check it out!
