I lived at Orchard Gardens for the last three years and it was great; the apartment was clean and renovated and the community is very peaceful and quiet. Tyhesha at the leasing office is awesome and responds to any issues/questions very quickly, and maintenance is also very quick and professional with requests. Would recommend!

They were always responsive and helped me solve many problems. The location is also very convenient, with parks, schools, supermarkets, a library, and churches nearby. The whole neighborhood feels safe and pleasant. I had a wonderful time living here and truly enjoyed my experience.

I lived in Orchard Gardens for the past three years and I had a wonderful time here! The community is quiet and well-maintained. They have very spacious apartments and also the parking is free. The location is definitely a bonus--within walking distance to the Donaldson park, 5 min drive to H-mart and many other great Chinese and Korean restaurants, 10 min drive to the Edison train station. If you work at Rutgers, this place is extremely convenient. Also, a special shout-out to Tyhesha! She is always super responsive and considerate.

I lived at Orchard Gardens with my family for 4.5 years, and our experience was nothing short of excellent. From the start, Ty, our property manager, was a pleasure to work with. She was always friendly, responsive, and readily available to address any questions—whether about our lease, a bill, or anything else that came up. She truly made living here stress-free. I also have to give a huge shoutout to the incredible maintenance team, including Richard, Fong, Mike, and anyone else I may be forgetting.

I’m so happy I found this apartment. It’s clean, the people in the office are nice and answer my questions, and when I did need maintenance they came out right away. I never got this service before in any other apartment. I love it here.
