Orchard Gardens is a great place and is run in an awesome way. Tyesha, the property manager is great and takes care of things very fast and efficiently and is very responsive. The apartments are very updated, with the maintenance team incredibly efficient and effective with any repairs needed. If you want to be surrounded by tranquility and good vibes in an amazing neighborhood in Highland Park, Orchard Gardens should be your new place to live :). I lived there only for 1 year, because I was transferred by my company to another state, but if I wouldn't have had to move, i would continue living there :). Rent you pay is equal the nice place and renovated the apartments are, TOTALLY worth it. also the office and maintenance staff are so helpful and nice all the time, specially Ty!!!
