Rent is due on the 1st of the month. A late charge of 5% will be applied after the 5th of the month. Online rent payment is available.

We offer 12 months lease terms.

There is free parking available on a first come first serve basis. If you’d like to reserve a parking spot, they are available for a small fee. In addition, there are garages available for rent.
