The apartments are very nice and spacious, the grounds are kept nice. Most of the people are nice and mind there business for the most part. Just wish they would pickup there dogs business. There are plenty of poop areas where they have bags and people are very lazy.

Every time we need to call maintenance, they are prompt and responsive! We have been living in our apartment for 3 years now and have had a great experience with maintenance. Our last call, Jose responded . He was in and out and our problem was fixed. I mention Jose because he handled our last issue but Wilson, Danny and all of the maintenance crew have been great!! They are fast, efficient and super friendly. Their friendliness and respect makes me so much more comfortable when allowing access to our apartment when we are at work. We just moved into our apartment and we LOVE it! Beautiful place and the staff was so helpful! Kira made the whole process of moving so easy, she was very involved and always communicated! She is the best; always answered our questions and made sure we found the perfect place! Wilson from maintenance was great!
