Beautiful apartment community located near many shops, highways, public transportation and schools. The maintenance and administrative staff has always been prompt and courteous. It's a pleasure to live here at Highlands Nanuet.

The Highlands is a great place to call home. Damina and Keira in the Leasing Office are so friendly and always happy to help. I particularly love how promptly the maintenance team responds if I ever need help fixing something.

Good indoor maintenance. Outside of buildings are neglected. Trees need trimming. Excellent location. Close to major highways, shopping and Costco. No way for residents to communicate with each other.

overall good but like i said they need to be careful with locking up. godforbid something happens. i do not have anything else to add. please remove the minimum to 200 that is ridiculous. we should not have a limit.

I feel like the management team is very knowledgeable and seek to do the best for us tenants. They are professional and courteous. The community is safe and secure. It is surprisingly clean and quiet given the larger size of the community.

Been here for about 8 years. Love it neighbors are great apartment is beautiful safe place clean and well maintained. Recently needed maintenance from Yaz in the office to Danny who fixed my problem in record time professional and helpful service. Everyone is respectful.

LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS COMMUNITY FROM OUR APARTMENT TO THE LEASING OFFICE, MAINTENANCE CREW AND AMENITIES!!! OUR NEIGHBORS ARE WONDERFUL!! OUR APARTMENT IS VERY CLOSE TO PARKS AND SHOPPING! THE COMMUNITY ALSO HOSTS EVENTS FOR THE RESIDENTS WHICH IS ALOT OF FUN!

Very satisfied with management and staff. We feel safe and there's regular maintenance of garbage collection, outdoor maintenance of cleanliness and most importantly office staff and maintenance staff are all good.

We love being apart of the Highland Community. We enjoy all the amenities and activities. Our neighbors are nice and full of energy. The layout is very welcoming and the maintenance crew especially Danny are beyond professional and provide excellent work.

I have had a great experience living here. The neighborhood is clean and safe. The neighbors are kind and polite. The amenities are well kept. The maintenance team is phenomenal. The leasing office is very kind and helpful. My kids and I are very happy living here.

Love it here been here over 20 years. Plan on being here another 20. The pool area, the tennis court, the racquetball court, the place in the middle of the community where you can get to places easy all good.
