Overall my significant other and I love the community. We have had minimal issues but the maintenance staff is always very quick to respond to our needs. Only issue is that this year there was a significant delay opening the pool. I understand they need a lifeguard but we pay for the pool in the monthly rent and it did not open until almost the 4th of July and is expected to close Labor Day weekend, which is very short.

Enjoy living here just wish it wasn't so expensive. We unfortunately don't receive any upgrades to our living facility but we continue to get huge raises in our rent. Being a long time resident of this community there should be some consideration placed on the loyalty of the long term residents and not have to incurr such rent increases.

It's was beautiful and safe , the neighborhood was safe, the management team was very helpful , they use to care about the people who live here , but now everything is mess , you don't feel safe anymore and you afraid of the team management . We had a building management name Jennifer she was incredible, but the new person they have not nice at or ,you don't have to do much for people to see the greatness in you. I wish they showed care and appreciation to the community .

I am a resident of Highlands Nanuet, since September 2023. I moved here after owning my own homes for decades. The apartments and grounds are maintained extremely well, in-house repair crews have always been prompt, courteous, and efficient when I’ve needed any issues resolved. It is very comforting knowing that concerns I might have in my apartment or around the beautifully maintained grounds are handled quickly and caringly. The office staff is always accommodating and helpful as well. A big plus will be the dozens of EV charging stations that are being installed now.
