Lynnewood Gardens is proud to offer pet friendly apartments near Philadelphia to accommodate your furry friends.  We are also thrilled to announce the opening of our new luxurious pet spa for our furry residents!  We offer cat & dog friendly apartments throughout the community and designated streets for dogs. Our enclosed dog park is the perfect place for your pet to meet friends.  The maximum allowed weight for dogs is 50 pounds and breed restrictions apply.  Maximum of 2 pets allowed per apartment.  We know it’s not home without your loved ones close by!

Pet Fees:
$250 non-refundable fee per pet
$40 monthly pet rent per dog
$25 monthly pet rent per cat

Pet Screening

A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile (No Pet/Pet/Animal). This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. If you need accommodation in another way, please contact your housing provider.
